About & Disclosure

This used to be just an about page that I started on when I relaunched the blog in 2006, but apparently by law I have to have a disclosure page if I make any money off this blog, and I do, very little I might ad, a link in an old post here, maybe a post or two.

As far as who I am, yeah, who is this guy called “TheGiant” anyway?

Well, here’s a few things I CAN tell you, without giving too much away.

I’m a Roman Catholic born and raised, believe it or not, I stayed Catholic, even with all the controversy that sometimes surrounds individuals in the church.  I say I am a geek, or a nerd, but I fit no stereotypes specifically. I’ve also been a podcaster, blogger, one who tries to figure out things that “they” say can’t be done. I love to learn, especially about different cultures and history of different countries, and even businesses.  I like words and language,  and the meaning behind things. I was once called “Mr. Vocabulary” by my dad because I often said “duh”.

I was once called a superhero for just being there and giving my best friend a reason to continue to live for a little longer. To some I am a giant, depending on how tall they stand. I was once told by someone that I am tall, so that I can see people in trouble and help them.

Here I post whatever comes to mind, be it a rant about the way things are, politics from my perspective, (I consider myself a conservative), pointing out weird things that don’t make sense to me, even the occasional solution to a computer problem, in a sense, I post random things. I don’t like to stick to just one thing, because my life is filled with many things.

That’s all I have to say about that for now.
