The other day it hit me, I’ve been spending so much time, with the one person who understands me with little effort, that I put some things off.

The back of my car, full of junk, various storage places at home, full of junk….my wallet, lacking money.

Sometime last year, I started making some bad mistakes, and that led to more bad mistakes, to the point that the last week or so I’ve mostly been eating Ramen, and dollar bags of chicken fingers, I like these things, but I’d rather choose it, not eat it because I have to stretch $30 for a week.

Last couple of days, I started really digging through stuff, I have a load to drop off to donate later, and I’ve cut off all non-essential expenses. I dig my streaming movies, and new music every month and the like, but, I have to rethink all of my spending, and it’s hard to get a handle on my spending, when so much of my money was gone right after I got paid.

Some of these things I am cleaning out, I might attempt to sell, I don’t know yet, we’ll see.

I must say, time with her is more than worth it, but messes don’t clean themselves, spending habits don’t change themselves. I AM going to get my act together, and take her out on a date that she deserves.
