There’s always those dating sites, you know, the ones that usually don’t work worth a flip! I’ve gotten email addresses, but only ever one phone number……until NOW

No joke, after barely a few days I got an email address, a few days later a phone number. What’s funny is the day she gave me her phone number I was hoping for it and day dreaming, hah, dreams do come true sometimes.

She is a real sweetheart I can tell. Who knows where this will go. Hey, anything goes. My bro and his girl, and J as well are talking about double dates, shoot I only just got the girl’s phone number give me a break, I’ll work on that but I don’t want to rush.

For once, I am just happy to have someone new to talk to, someone on the outside of JPM, Emmaus, Ben’s Place, The Outsiderz, etc. Someone on the outside of all my friends and their troubles and silly drama, though there could be a point I introduce her to them. We’ll just have to waiit and see, I have no idea what the future holds, but I will run towards it with a smile on my face and my hands held high.

Forget it, my date last week didn’t happen, apparently she met some other guy. Oh well. Just my luck, but ya know, who cares. I’ve come to accept that for the time being there’s no one for me anyway, I mean, I am being pursued, but not by anyone I’d actually want to date.  Don Juan is gone, but hey, there’s always my friends. Though I am jealous that J is hanging out with The Ben and her new boyfriend (yeah that was my fault) as I type this, LUCKY!

The hard part though, is that, my mom is dating, my brother and his girlfriend live in the house IN MY ROOM no less, I let them do that. Two friends are engaged, J is dating and always talking about her boyfriend. So it’s all around me, reminding me, that I am Single and not taken.

Tonight is the night I graduate from the class! Some people are coming to see me graduate too.

I had hoped the date might happen Wednesday, but I was offered a double date on Friday instead, that would be easier for me to handle. Not that I can’t handle it with my new DC principles, it would just be less awkward. I told J yesterday, maybe I should throw down challenges more often to get things done, it’s actually kinda fun.

So far so good, last night I started to realize that the Wednesday date might not happen. So what did I do, I threw down a challenge for J, now she’s trying to really make an effort to set this up with me and her neighbor because she loves challenges. At least she claims to be making an effort, we’ll see. HEH. DC YOU RULE.

Would someone shoot me for driving over a hill of dirt and getting stuck? 
The J&N mess continues. Juliet is officially my best female friend, she says she knows too much about me now. The friendship is a bit strained, my own family doesn’t like her. Whatever, though their concerns are totally making sense. I mean, why move so far away from your own kid? Why not call the family that lives here when she has car problems? I mean it may be that she considers me second to her boyfriend in that case, and family a last straw. I always call family first though.
