Ok Ok

She does poke fun at me sometimes, really occasionally she mocks me, but I don’t take that seriously.

Again, after the prayer meeting she’s offered to drive me home, man, what is this, she has to see me 24/7 or something. Whoa.

Someone has a crush on me….

You know what, it’s not such a bad thing either. Let’s look at the pros for a minute.
She doesn’t use me

She doesn’t abuse me

She doesn’t tease me (mean teasing)

She doesn’t make fun of me

She doesn’t call me Mama’s Boy because I still live at home (sort of)

She doesn’t do stupid things and blame me

She won’t kiss my best friend behind my back

She won’t dump me after a week, or a few months and say she wants to wait a few more months

She doesn’t laugh at me because I still like 80′s cartoons

She doesn’t judge me

How about any cons

She can be a little bit of a drama queen, but she’s getting better, partially because she’s listening to what I have to say. I take control of the situation, now she’s already starting to respond more positively. I’ve also, because of her, realized that some of my own negativity was just for attention. If she thinks I’m special, that’s alright by me.

Funny how all this came to mind, after coming home late, and having to get up early, I didn’t even sleep worth a flip either, so I am very very tired.

Crossing of paths & making friends

I’ve been invited to a football party tomorrow, what’s funny is, this time, lines are blurred as to who’s friends are who’s. I always in my mind made the seperation between my brother’s friends and mine, though Mike, Former ArmyBoy, and I were always accepted by my brother’s friends like one of their own, whether it be his high school friends or college friends. I still refer to it that way, but lines are really blurred, you see at this party will essentially be my friends, but one of those friends is Former ArmyBoy, and one of those friends is someone my brother went to school with, see what I mean, blurred lines? It’s just weird, but none of that matters anymore, in fact, I’ve even been invited to a pig roast for a friend of my brother’s that’s getting married, and that’s later in the evening.

I’ve been making the joke that I spend more time with my brother’s friend than he does.

My Trip…

Fine, LOL I’ll tell you about it! We were in Orlando for Rock the Universe at Universal Studios. We had a three day pass to the parks plus a pass for each night to Rock the Universe. I got to see Audio Adrenaline for possibly the last time. I pray that Mark Stuart’s vocal cords heal, not so the band will come back, but just for his own sake, you could really tell he was straining. I got to talk to one of the guys from Superchic[k], well sort of, we exchanged a few words about the rain. I found a new band I like named for the month me and a few friends were born, DecembeRadio. As a whole it was a good weekend, although I don’t like Deuling Dragons, and for the most part don’t like Islands of Adventure. I used to not like Unviersal, but having been spoiled by really short lines I have changed my opinion on that park.

Take me to your mighty good leader….

Hey, I know it’s 12:30 AM, I just got home from Rock the Universe, Newsboys, Audio Adrenaline, Grits, and more were down there, we had a blast….more to come later..

One comment on my stupid elections post. I was mad then, because I had volunteered for Randall Terry’s campaign, I was convinced after seeing him in person and was convinced by people I know and trust (some I have known for many years). It’s hard to know really, I don’t trust any Politician, but I still think Jim King has been in office way too long.

There was one comment left on that post on my blog with a very detailed opposing viewpoint which I approved for everyone to see, I totally believe in free speech. One comment though, there was actually another lawyer I was also referring to, but anyway. It’s over, what’s done is done, I don’t know that I’ll be a volunteer for Randall Terry next time. But I still won’t go against my friends.

2:40 AM?

Yeah, the Catholic Football League on Yahoo had our Fantasy Football draft, it ran late. I almost went to stay at my Grandmother’s but the lights were out and I didn’t want to scare her or anything, Thank God, my brother had an emergency and I was the first one up!

Stupid Elections

Jim King wasn’t overthrown. It saddens me that people around here fall for the crap lies. 40 Times arrested? Yeah, Randall Terry was arrested 40 times for PEACEFULL PROTEST, people see Martin Luther King Jr. as a HERO and he was arrested more than 100 times for PEACEFULL PROTEST. Think about that! Racketeering? HECK NO, if Randall Terry had been guilty of Racketeering, do you think he’d even be allowed to run? COME ON. Didn’t pay child support? WRONG, he paid more than the judge asked, and for that matter his kids moved in with him! Those ads were paid for by a DEMOCRAT attorney, and gambling lobbyists to distract people from the truth. The truth will come out on the news and in the paper, you’ll see. Randall Terry will run again, Jim King has been in office WAY too long, 20 some odd years in state government is TOO LONG.

Thanks for voting for the guy that voted for the emminent domain laws, you’ll be hating it when they take your house away to build another damned Wal-Mart. Also, the guy that lies about securing our borders, he voted to give our tax money so illegal immigrants can go to college. Nice. Jim King, Florida’s Best friend, he’s not MY best friend.

This election was bought by crooked ambulance chasers. IT’S NOT OVER!

Giant takes another fall, film at 11

Seriously, I had gone to Arby’s to get a large Roast Beef sandwitch combo and four Arby’s melts for everyone else, I have to walk on the days I don’t drive, and Arby’s is pretty much the only place I can really walk to.

On my way out I took a spill in the parking lot, sort of, more like the food did. WOOSH out of nowhere a bunch of customers and Arby’s employees went out of their way to help me today….If somehow one of those people is reading this, which I doubt, but I wanted to say thank you anyway.

Funny the difference, at Hardee’s when I spilled my milkshake, no one really cared.

Back in the game….

Yep, I am back, not nearly as much time to post stuff or even record my podcast these days. Ever since I went on a retreat with the Community of Fransiscans of the Renewal. A group of Friars and Nuns from New York, I’ve gotten myself involved with a community of Catholic young adults, the likes of which you’ve never seen. I have a really busy schedule, the only free nights a week I have now are Tuesdays and Saturdays, not kidding, It isn’t because of this group either, I’m still involved with Ben’s Place on Fridays, and I still help the youth group at San Jose on Wednesdays, as a matter of fact, Mom Knight retired not too long ago and a friend of mine has been hired to take her place. She’s the sister of the guy I used to call ArmyBoy. He’s out of the army now and is in Nursing school, he’s joined that community of young adults too, sort of, he doesn’t go to the prayer group most of us go to on Mondays.

What happen?

Someone set up us the bomb.

Nah, what really happened is I was futzing around in the old database trying to figure out a problem with the widgets plugin, and I messed up the database, I couldn’t reimport what I had for some reason so I just gave up. I waited a while hoping my old host would have responded to my trouble ticket, but after a month or so and two tickets I gave up.

I went on a hunt for a new host, to relaunch the blog from scratch and that’s when I found WebbleYou. I am glad I did, At first I had a problem setting up Live+Press so I could still do the cross posting, I shot an email off, got a response quickly, not only did I get an explination of the problem, it was fixed for me. Apparently it was an issue with a PHP4/PHP5 incompatibility.

Back in the game, more to come later .
